What to Expect?
If you have never been to therapy before, it can be an intimidating process. In your therapy, much of the process includes talking and targeted interventions. You and your therapist will discuss the challenges you face, uncover important insights, and make changes to tackle these problems. Sessions typically span 50 minutes, and it's important to allocate time in your week for reflection on our discussions and the incorporation of tasks set during each session.
